Amplia has announced that the first patient has been enrolled and has begun dosing in the company's new pancreatic cancer trial, exploring the combination of Amplia’s best-in-class FAK inhibitor narmafotinib with the chemotherapy FOLFIRINOX in newly diagnosed advanced pancreatic cancer patients.

The trial is now underway at two sites in Australia, with four additional sites in the United States expected to open shortly once final site approvals are complete.

The first stage of the study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of increasing daily doses of narmafotinib alongside FOLFIRINOX, administered on its standard two-week cycle. We anticipate completing the dose-escalation in Q1 2026.
