Amplia has announced that it has begun trading on the U.S. OTCQB Venture Market under the code INNMF effective 29 October.

The OTCQB Venture Market is a U.S. trading platform that serves early-stage and developing companies. U.S.-based investors can trade in Amplia Therapeutics’ common stock in U.S. dollars during U.S. market hours, while the Company maintains its primary listing on the ASX via codes ATX and ATXOA.

Amplia’s Managing Director and CEO Dr. Chris Burns stated,

“The uplist to the OTCQB market enhances the Company’s ability to productively engage with U.S. investors at a time when there is increasing interest in the FAK inhibitor space and in the development of drugs for pancreatic cancer.
